Page 1 2 >>I liked the first condemned, but this is getting a bit more Silent Hill type of game.
The first one was like CSI meets Se7en but now its more like Se7en meets Silent Hill.
Nothing wrong with that of course, but they have lost the realism that the first one had.
They might be putting the power else where, it still looks awesome though, but there are more to games than visuals ya know
What we saw of Condemned 2 were only gore screenshots. Why don't they show the non-linear investigation system? What's so fascinating about smashing someone's head through the whole game? And what are these strange monsters all about?
Until now, I'm not interested in this sequel, although I really liked the first one.

@ManThatYouFear: Exactaly my big fuckin' point. But nonetheless... no "Big" Step further and it shows. Oh, it Shows...

But why they look like add-on to the original game? As for me - I do not need next-gen like that.
O, look at this - screen from the sequel of one of the most peacefull games ever.

tearing in a newly released screenshot ... now I've seen everything ;)
Game looks TERRIBLE and so does Project Orgins
If it is the best that PS3 can show - too pity.

the first was amazing, best launch title for me on the 360. i just hope this has as many memorable moments (guy in locker, moving manakins etc)

Why does the 360 get slamemd for its launch line up, i thought Condemned blew everything out the water it was truelly awesome
And the 360 dont forget.
Let's recall the F.E.A.R. for PC/PS3/X360 - the PS3 version is most ugly of all.
Condemned 2 based on the same engine, conclusion - result will be the same too.
But to base things on past is short sighted, they had very little time to work with the PS3 and it IS more complicated to work with so do not say they had same time with 360 because even so, we all know it is easier to develop for
This time they should have better luck, people should not jump to conclusions so fast
