Now that Mass Effect has been released everywhere in Europe and North America we are finally free to do our usual content. So enjoy this first video showing the very beginning of the game, although 100% in French since our version can't be switched to English. Ha well, it still looks great. More tomorrow!

Thanks a ton, Blim. BTW, what program would you recommend for encoding HD videos? I just got an HD capture card, and I can't seem to find an acceptable medium between size and quality.

I've played for about 4 hours and so far it's just great. Lots of optional quests, great dialogs and pretty nice graphics. Though i find it looks better with the motion blur turned off. It's basically KotOR with a bunch of improvements. The only thing that bugs me so far is the lack of a decent inventory. I'm having a hard time keeping track of my items and weapons.

Darn wanted to watch this but just french :/ so verry little point to watch yet another gameplay video where I get nothing off.

Seriously, this game needs to be bought by anyone with any interest in shooters, rpgs or just about any 360 owner. You owe it to yourself to at least try it.
Whats sad is that, even though its far from perfect, in terms of frame rate and bug issues, alot of people will be unable to look past them to see just how fantastic the game is.
As for my shepard. Every character I tried to make didn't look how I wanted, so I went with the default...

i'm curious as there is plenty of dialogue and even in different languages and the game seems huge.
It's definently more than 1 right?
i blew my money on assassin's creed, ratchet & clank and uncharted..need to wait abit more until i can get mas effect! enjoy the game guys

I am really upset with MS. So, the translated they game voices to german and french, but not to spanish!!!!! That has pissed me off, since spanish it is the second most spoken language around the world after chineese.
I speak english and french so I have no problem, but it is really annoying to see when they dismissed your own language.
Anyway the game is awesome and Bioware did a great job and can't wait for ME 2.
PD:by the way I know that my english grammar is horrible, hey but I do my best XD
