Look okay I guess, hard to say from that scans, but we saw really good pics already.
Grafx in this game are top for shure... for the rest, it's a thing of taste...
See now, this is why this franchise is so fucking awesome. Dante can have a rose in his mouth and TOTALLY get away with it. It's this kind of self referential wit that keeps the over-the-top-ness completely in check and enables the game to go to extremes with coolness without just getting stupid.
It's a subtle quality that I find really welcome, and while MGS also has buckets of it, it's one I'm starting to associate with Capcom to be honest.

I'd say he was always in the middle of it. The indifference to "gayness" with japanese fiction I reckon is one of its main strengths. They're really miles ahead in that respect.
Wolf's Rain is one of the most poetic portrayals of male friendship and bonds I've seen, and I bet that the majority of a western audience would immediately brand it gay. I guess we're just a bit stupid and need things to be more black and white than that.
That's crazy, it's good to see Dante still got some badass weapons and is using them with style too.
I can image there's a lot more we haven't seen yet.
Of course, wouldn't make much sense to have seen the whole game before it's release, right?
Well, you like the stile of Dmc? For my taste the 3rd was way to exagerated! So much, I always had to laugh at the cut scenes.... but well, it's the game's very own flair...

Of course you laugh at the cutscenes, that's the whole point I was trying to make. It's so deliberately tongue in cheek over the top, and they totally know it. :D
3 is my absolute fave because it becomes more obvious than ever in that game, and I was afraid they'd tone it down in this to be more in line with huffy gruffy Gears of War humour-devoidness, but when Nero parrys with the TIP OF HIS SWORD I was relieved. This is DMC alright. :)
