Vivendi and Team 17 today announced Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust, to be released on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. The game has voice talents as Shannon Elizabeth, Carmen Electra, Nikki Cox, Jane Lynch and many more, plus a written manuscript by Allen Covert. First trailer will be out on the 8th of February, and no official release date has yet been announced.

Yeah, magna cum laude wasn't particularly good and as such i just don't have much hope for this either. Looks pretty weird though, i mean the chicks are supposed to be hot, right? The girls in this pic just look...well, rather on the young side except for bust size :P

Slabs: they made worms and then what? Worms 1 and 2 were good after that it was pure brand exploitation ;)
edit: oh, they also made Lemmings and Alien Breed. I see. But that was back in the day when you could make a commercial game with only 2 developers :P

Alien Breed, Arcade Pool, Project-X, Body Blows, Kingpin Bowling, SuperFrog, Worms. Some real classics.
Lemmings was really a DMA game, Team 17 took over the franchise though.

Which of course is a positive thing. Will probably not save this from being total crap though, but they certainly seems to have burned the concept behind Magna Cum Laude, at least that's what they keep saying.

There s an interview about the game on IGN.
The producer (was it the producer, can't remember, lazy to search) says the previous game was on the right track for what current gamers wanted, and it only bombed because it was too innovative.
He added there will be no nudity whatsoever.
Team 17 was only a contractor for the realization (Programming, Graphics and Animation), all the story and gameplay is by VU.

I've always hated the whole big heads on little bodies art style. It just looks stupid. This game is also supposedly coming out on 360 and PS3 only! You mean to tell me thats as good as it looks? Come on now.
