I couldn't stay alive for more than 30 seconds in the demo of the original game, so I don't think I'll bother with this one.

I joked, it's just that I think Resistance 2 is far superior to KH2 from what we know of it (still no trailer though) and the latter also is overrated, again IMO.

I played the first I thought it was good but not great, I played the first killzone i thought it was crap.

Graphics wise it looks good, but that's not what lets resistance or killzone down it needs to be fun and match up to the best of the genre.

I am open minded so I won't judge it just because its a sequel but I am not overly excited by it. The 60 players sound interesting but I doubt it will ever happen.

I think it's a AA/AF bullshot, it looks so impressive that even considering that it's still stunning.

I liked the first game quite a bit, really great netcode, and this one sounds really impressive with 60 player MP and 8 player coop.Killzone 1 was crap, but I thought Resistance was great, the weapons and AI really make the game good.

Graphically it looks stunning, and if the gameplay holds up it will be one of the best easily.

However, why do you think 60 player MP won't happen? I don't think they can wiggle out of it, besides Resistance 1 already did 40 player MP without much problems.

joking aside, I'm looking forward to seeing how this one will turn out. The first Resistance was good overall, so I have faith.

Just about everything does. KZ2 was practically B&W, had incredibly dull, lifeless, low res textures, and only excelled in models and most of its lighting, and then only by mediocre amounts.
This looks like I wish quake 4 did, same feeling but more detailed =) Lookin good imma have to get me a PS3 soon

I beat the original Killzone recently and it was a great game especially when you think of when it was made and what system it was on.

I have complete faith in Killzone 2.

No diss to Resistance 2 which I also enjoyed and beat.

I just think 60 is a step too far. If they get it working lag free then great but is there really any need to have 60 players in a map. And if there bumping up the graphics like the screenshots suggest im not sure the framerate will hold.

Before Resistance did 40 player online, everyone said the same things but it ran lag-free, smooth frame rate and was a PS3 launch title.

I'm sure 20 more people isn't going to kill the network.

1080p, now I doubt that will happen.. Killzone 2 needs to be some sort of competition. And it's pretty obvious Resistance 2 online will blow K2s out of the water.

Now people are OVERESTIMATING the PS3 lol.

This game is about having crazy amount of physics, AI and number of enemies on screen as Resistance 1 demonstrated and there is no way they can push all that at 1080p.

Resistance is looking really good. :) I like all the things that are happening in the background.
