Eidos releases two new images of Tomb Raider: Underworld. Nothing groundbreaking, but that's still better than nothing !

I like Tombraider.... I'm hoping I shall like this to. Especially if it's closer to the puzzle based original and not the more action packed sequels

It looks nice, i hope it's good since i liked Legends. The panthers look a bit weird though, maybe it's the modeling. Oh well, looks nice in every other way so it doesn't matter much.

I really loved the very first TR. And this one reminds me of it. Could become cool. Has a nice athmosphere.

Wasn't tomb raider anniversary supposed to come out for the 360 some time?

I actually like the new Tomb Raider and even a lot of old-time fans think the series has gotten the revival it needed.

Me too, it was awesome, but then they made 30 different crappy variations that were all pretty much the same game, unfortunately, from the screens, this one doesn't look much different.

You have to buy Legends and then Anniversary (remake of first game) is DLC.

KORNdog: you can do that on the 360? I thought only the ps2 and pc versions came on discs.

Yeah, seeing everyone in here is a master artist and graphics designer.

Regardless, TR needs a serious shake up. I mean, you can only go to certain locations once or twice before it gets stale. Jungles, temples, ruins etc etc. It needs a new gameplay dynamic to mix things up otherwise Laura will go the way of a certain blue hedgehog.

You know what happened the last time we asked for that? A certain game called "Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness". Do you know how extremely bad that game was? If you don't, feel free to look it up.

Yup.. both games are very good. I especially enjoyed Anniversary. A good deal better than the original.

Still too much Tomb Raider bashing going on here :P Yes, every game after the orginal was terrible, but Legend and Anniversary were made by new developers and were seriously awesome games, and seeing as this is a direct continuation from Legend, I have high hopes.

And yes. The whole problem with the series is that they attempted to do what you are saying. None of the games after the first were set in tombs/ruins and instead took on an urban environment and focused more on the action. And were all awful.

Legend took it back to where it belongs. Isolated environments and puzzle solving. :)

Looks average in graphics. I don't see where the praise for this thing comes from, those panthers might not be so out of place in a last gen xbox game in terms of polygons and detail.

im yet to see you express an opinion in regards to this game though, all i've seen you do is attack another persons opinion.

anyway, i agree with stac....the game really doesnt look amazing. currently it really doesnt look much better then legends/anniversary....although im sure the new improved open world gameplay will be top notch.

I'm sorry if my mere opinion could not satisfy you, I would like to state more facts to support my opinion but my English is not so good. My vocabulary is limited and my grammar is not perfect so I tried not to give long comment, if this site is run from China as you thought it is then I could do better in Chinese. However, if commenting on games on Gmersyde even with just a simple opinion is considered as an act of contributing to keep this site running then I will do it since I love Gamersyde so much and I regret that I did not registered to this site months early instead of just trolling around that time.
