Saw these on the IGN and Computer games and videos Hands on previews.. Game is apparently well on its way and kicking major ass, Graphics as well for those that moan and moan are ment to be sweet heaven compared to any other sand box game before it .. and best of all ... Its the same GTA but just been made a whole lot fc*king better :D :D :D

I just hope the controls are better than precious gta games, because that's what kept me from liking them, well except for San andreas...i just can't stand the hip-hop thing :P If a demo come out i'll be sure to try it but i don't see myself rushing out to buy this day 1.

I'm just worried I'm too hyped for this game. It's been my #1 looked forward to game for quite a while now.

Dont worry my friend go over to IGN or CVG website and read their previews they state the controls are smooth,reliable and a joy for any gamer. Simple with the option to take them further if you want to. After reading these 2 Previews i can for the first time say I want this more than Fable2,Resi5,MGS4,NG2 , It will be like playing GTA3 again pure gamming joy from the off till the end.

Yeah well, very few complained about the controls in GTA3 and sequels too so that's why i'm being a bit cautious. I honestly tried to play all three games (3, vice city and SA) but i just never found it fun to play because of the sucky controls. Running over hookers and pedestrians is only fun for so long and the missions seemed more like a chore than fun because making shit happen the way i wanted them to was just too much of a hassle. But i might try this one out in demo form, and if i find it playable...then why not?

I'm really considering retiring on April 29 to play GTA4....and kinda like Jay-Z, I un-retire when I 'finnish' playing the game :)

Ok this is pissing me off, Rockstar need to release some ingame play through godamnit, 2 months is too long.

rockstar never fails my friends... lesson learned with time. they can create the best game ever created... its sequel will always b superior.

I don't know if Im right, but I don't think Rockstar ever release gameplay videos before releases of other GTAs.

nope, they dont, they're VERY secretive (maybe too secretive) its rare you even get to see the developers at all in interviews etc.

Nobody ever said these were from 360. If you got to GTAIV website it sais its for PS3/360 but all media is released as one, never mention which platform they come from.

Only thing they said regarding platform is that if 360 had HDD as standard in PS3 it would make the game better... I read that on Kotaku last year.

Sigh. They did show the PS3 version. Ran smooth as silk and looked as pretty as the 360 version. Read the previews genius before making flametastic comments. Anyway, cannot wait for this game. GTAIV in April and MGS4 in June. AAA games of this calibur don't generally come out this early in the year and I am happy that they are.

They have actually said that everything shown so far was from the 360 version of the game. But that was a while ago, and they have also said that both versions of the game are completely identical.

Yep. All the trailers were based off of the 360 build. And yup, IGN, Gametap, Gamespy, etc. have said the PS3 version was identical.

I think they released some PS3 screens a week or so back. Had jaggiez all over. That's how you can tell. Most PS3 versions of games have jaggiez all over compared to on 360. Just telling it like it is. Not flaming or trolling. Check the recent Condemned shots if you don't believe me.

nope, no media from the ps3 version have been shows AT ALL. except of course to the media. us peasants have yet to see anything from the ps3 version of the game. although rockstar say they're exactly the same. but who knows.
