A big muscly white dude, oh where have i seen that before. (TF2)
Oh a smooth stereotypical latino, where have i seen that before? (R2R)
Bring back FNR4 with a nice in depth story (or sorry I forgot EA doesn't do story telling well :P)...
Which looks like a poor version of Ready to Rumble... EA once again totally misses the mark on making something really cool and instead designs a copy of what will surely be a cheap gaming experience. -This is what happens when you start making games purely for profit and not because your a gamer.
This is part of the reason I hate EA and hope they don't acquire take-two where they will just wreck the GTA -Franchise.
These days EA as a gaming company sucks.. Big Time..
I wouldn't buy this game even if it was the only game on the self for the next 3 years.
Oh well, maybe the gameplay will be great.
I'll happily take the style of Ready2Rumble with the gameplay and controls of Fight Night Round 3. If the animation is silky-smoothe, those graphics would look pretty good, the skin shaders especially look pretty tasty.
It looks fun!
The legs of that bla...african-american (?) guy just looks plain old freaky.

This looks like one of EA's biggest mistakes, instead of doing a really amazing FightNight 4 with better graphics and more fluid speed, as well as an amazing career mode with better online design.. Something that will play the same on both systems 360 and PS3, (NOT to mention the great opportunity they had to link the two systems so you could fight someone on 360 from your PS3 - I don't know if there could have been a better game to fight the console war out on.) Instead they choose to make this game.
One could use this POS facebreaker as hopefully a sign that they're making it for the arcade audience and Fight Night 4 will fulfil the wishes of the real boxing fans in the world who want a sim boxing game. Alternatively there's 2k's prizefighter which promises more sim like gameplay than the fight night series.
And I love TF2, but just because a game with an art style thats in the same genre of art (cartoon, pixar like style) doesn't mean they ripped them off.
And where have they confirmed FN4?? Because i damn sure haven't see that announcement.
but anything like Ready2Rumble gameplay then im sold,
*sigh* yet another game that is a carbon copy of the TF2 art style, screw this trash and give us FN4, obviously EA was interested in making a game that would attract little kids and families rather then boxing fans.
It looks like one of those games that may need to be seen running, rather than via stills. I still can`t wait to pwn my mates on this though rofl (evil laugh).
I just hope that they keep the same game mechanics as FN3, such as the block features and the amazing use of both the thumbsticks as well as the triggers. I found that using both in unison like that really made sense and felt `right` all the way through the game.
Come on EA, do NOT let us down !!!.
Lmao, i guess after TF2 brought out its revolutionary art style that actually worked, it was just a coincidence that all these EA games started pouring out with the same style?

If they can pull off the damage of fight night 3 and cartoonish feel of ready 2 rumble, this is going to be one fun game
