*edit* HOLY SHIT! how awfull is that combat, i mean come on, people moan about too human for having very little animation, but this has gone over kill...3000 animations per swing = slowest combat on earth.

Sometimes it takes a few seconds after the news is up for the stream to finish encoding and show up. But it will always show up (or something went *very wrong).

Wow it looks soo clinical.. And i mean that in a bad way. The combat looks so artificial and choreographed.. Not realistic or hectic, or even fun :(

First of the characters look terrible to me. Ugh, i just can't stand them. The environments look nice though.

What really makes me go "EW!" about this is ofc the combat. Come on, snail racing is faster and more intense than that! Even if it's an old build and they up it a bit, the combat will still be slow as f*ck because that's obviously part of the vision for this game, otherwise there could be no way that it's this slow even in an alpha build.

i think visually it look ok (although the videa makes it clear the lighting engine is kinda crappy, since the blocks that fall from the roof dont appear to be affected by the lighting and instead just seem to glow) combat is intentionally slow in this game to create a more realistic combat system....think assassins creed where it isnt so much about swinging at 100MPH in a hope you'd hit something, and more about methodical, timing based attacks and counters. whatever its striving for tho it does look far too boring in its current state. i honestly kinda hoped the lack of news on the game was a sign it had been canned.

The very first trailer of this game really looked better, a lot better.

Have the fixed the worst part of this gmae? One single attack one animation, was boring to watch for more then 1 sec the last time I saw it.

damn theres alot of complaining. im actually excited about the game, i have seen only the videos of it and im just wonderin if its open world or a linear game with an open world rpg's gameplay. the battle system really isnt that bad if u ask me. some people are just so critical about unfinished products its ridiculous. im more excited about the world this game creates than anything.

thought this game was queitly canceled. nice to see its still in development, combat kinder reminds me of assassin creed, the game looks more stiff than live world

The first actual teaser trailer for this game was put up in mid August 2005!!! And the last time anything was shown was at E3 2006. I wonder what kind of problems this studio has had to take so long?
