SouthPeak also released these images of Things On Wheels, which will be released this summer on Xbox Live Arcade.
SouthPeak overview: Coming from developer Load Inc. (creators of Mad Tracks), ToW aims to be the premiere Radio Controlled racing title on Xbox Live Arcade! Set within a beautiful art-deco home, ToW will pit competitors against one another in live competition driving radio control vehicles through the home. Everyday household items take on a new purpose as they become obstacles in the course! Load Inc. comes from a very community oriented background and will be looking to the XBL fans in the coming months to help with the direction of the game, after all – the gamers are the ones playing, why shouldn’t they have a say in how it’s created?
the trailer (from which these shots are taken) didnt exactly fill me with confidence. it doesnt have the speed and excitement of something like REvolt or micromachines from what i've seen so far.
Heh, Micro Machines was awesome :) The recent PS2 release was pretty fun too :D So, what's wrong with "ripping off" one of the best? Final Fantasy ripped off Dragon Quest. Halo ripped off... well, every FPS game before it. Your point?

What is it with people being blind? o.O
The trailer was CLEARLY in slomotion. I assure you it will be like all those other RC games with twitchy controls and such. Looks great though if thats really in game stuff.

erm, look again. there are portions of the trailer in slow motion (the blue car jumping up the stairs off the book), but the rest CLEARLY shows the game running at its regular, slow ass speed....so, could it maybe be you who is the blind one?

@Baleur: 80% of reviews are written by "drones" .Ign, eurogamer, teamxbox, gamespot etc are nothing but companies. Who cares 'bout theirs "reviews" anyway (1 Hour ago)
Baleur
Why are you discussing reviews anyway? When have reviews ever mattered? They are just individual people writing about their individual opinions. Might as well read reviews on music too then, lol XD (3 Hours ago)

pfft text! we only care for numbers (4 Hours ago)

Yeah, but judging by the content of both reviews, Eurogamer didn't particularly care much for the game anyway. They probably only gave it an 8 to avoid controversy - the review sounded more like a 6. (8 Hours ago)
GriftGFX
6 to 8 split on Eurogamer, which isn't quite as large but still pretty significant. (10 Hours ago)

Yeah sure, but from what console reviews are saying it's perfectly adequate. I mean I'm sure PC is the way to go, but I sincerely doubt we're seeing a 5 to 9 split score wise or anything. (10 Hours ago)
GriftGFX
not that the Xbox version is "that bad" by most accounts either.. there are plenty of people here playing it who adore it.. but the PC game is recieving higher marks across the board (10 Hours ago)

Might look into this, I so loved Micro machines as a kid!
wow, if they're not bullshotting us with this screens then we can look forward to toy story-like graphics in real time :)
Graphics look much better than Mad Tracks!

So this game is along way to getting released then I see. :(
This game might be a nice change of pace from PGR4.
