So what we're basically looking at is the former team of DMC making thier own DMC wrip off? Oh joy I'll just stick to DMC itself.

The game looks good, but then again I like everything that's from Capcom.
DMC + Female lead character = win for me.

This reminds me...I still need to finish DMC4. (I have 2 many good games)

Rottie: that's just assuming the DMC people and clover combined can deliver. I just have a hard time seeing how they would fail but that's just me.

DMC4 was mediocre at best (two goddamn weapons with the main character, unbalanced gameplay and half the goddamn game is pure recycling) but hey, if you decide to stick with that kind of game when not even knowing shit about this new project that comes from some pretty talented people, than be my guest. Just don't expect me to address you with a formal tone.

On a slightly more serious note, If this game is as action packed, has awesome cutscenes and is as fluid as DMC then I will definitely keep an eye on it.

Plus that fifth picture makes a nice wallpaper..

Clover were known for making very unique games, I hope their new studio follows suit

Capcom gave away Clover. They're with Sega now. I have no clue why Capcom let such a creative dev team go.

On a brighter note, with the new potential of Clover...I mean PlatinumGames in Sega, we might actually see GunValkyrie, Shenmue, or Jet Set Radio revived one day since Smilebit presumably doesn't exist anymore.

I wasn't trying to troll on your post or anything. I was just making a point that you can't really say something is going to be great when there has been nothing shown so far from it but a 40 second trailer. Even thou the team behind it is great but even that doesn't mean it will be a great game because we know some people do falter sometimes when they leave a company and form their own stuff.

DMC4 was a pretty good game, I'm nto defending it in any means. It was a solid game, nto great. My main gripe about the game is that I think they should've done away with Dante in the main story and just made him unlockable. They should've just focused on Nero instead.

The trailer these screens are coming from featured some very impressive action but at the same time it feels almost like a satirical take on what most gamers want these days. It will probably turn out good since they're talented developers, but I can't help but to laugh at their motivation for making this game in the first place.

It looks like cheap want to be cool shit to me. Kind of reminds me a bit of the Ultra Violet trailer or whatever this shitty movie is called.
