Microsoft released a whole new bunch of Gears of War 2 images and artworks. The first part is up, with more coming when I'm done downloading them. Update 2: Everything's up.
the single player shots look incredible... theres no way it can look like that. If it does then this games going to out class everything thats come before it visually

Jet Set Radio Future, DOA3, PGR, I'd say the Xbox had a better lineup of launch window games than the PS3. Halo wasn't the only decent exclusive game out there when the xbox lauched.

It's so ridicolous... Buy it or don't buy it because of its graphics. Everybody who liked the first one shouldn't miss it and everyone who likes intense third person shooters should give it a try. Who cares whether it looks better than X, Y or Z? Too many people, that's for sure...
The most important question about this game isn't "How are its graphics?" but "How good is its story?", because this was the only really weak point of Gears of War.
Nya, just my my two cents. You can now go on having your arguments about this game.
PS: I wonder what will happen with this game in Germany...

I dont see why you keep posting. We get it. You think the game looks bad. You dont have to reply to every single person disagreeing with you, and call them a fanboy, this IS a topic about Gears of War afterall, so your going to get alot of Gears fans.

Which TOTALLY isn;'t a graphics upgrade... Thats a HUGE leap. People were always talking about how the only reason Gears 1 looked so great was because the enviroments were so small.

Hard to say if RS2, KZ2, MGS4 och GW2 is the best looking. All rund on diffrent engines and gives diffrent looks.
But one thing is clear Gears 2 shows that PS3 does not have any kind of greater strenght cause the first SP pic shows that Gears 2 is at least in pair with anything on PS3.
But PS3 got a soild line with very great graphic games with KZ2, MGS4 and RS2 in the FPS/Action part.
Just like people who compared Halo 1 to Halo 2 you have to play the games side by side to really feel the big diff. Games on same motors with same style is easily feelt equal.
