I hope someday video games will move out of NY and LA. Not like I don't love NY but it's hardly the only city in the USA.
I want to see all what NYC infected looks like, with that virus/parasite thing.

I live outside USA and having a game set in USA doesn't make the game any different to me, i don't even notice it. If the level is set in a city and as long as it has buildings, roads, cars and people.. i'm happy
I'm more focused on getting the objectives done and moving onto the next level or getting to the next cutscene of the story
To be honest, i don't even notice it.

But the game looks good. It looks pretty fast paced, lots of moving through the city real quick, like Crackdown. Which means they ned to downgrade the visuals, so its smoother and stuff. And it sounds like the world is pretty big, I thought I heard about going outside of the city itself and stuff too. Maybe that was something else though I dunno.
this just goes to show that you shouldn't listen to silly fanboys and take part in the flame wars because most of it is all two-faced anyways.
its funny to see how hypocritical everyone is. before the gameplay videos were shown on this site everyone said this game looked like shit and looked pretty bad. now that the videos are out and the game impresses, everyone says this game looks great. it does not look great, it looks almost exactly the same but with more blur to it. the art style to this is good, thats all.
