From this trailer it looks like the first Halo i might like.

me too really. but then i was after the first game. although i have to say, this could be exactly what the franchise needs, ditch the bright green, devoid of character master chief, and instead have a much darker, grittier setting. could be good, or it could play as bad as the last 2.

I really don't understand the bashing Halo 3 is getting from some people. That game was pretty solid and a lot more interesting than half of the games out there. Playing the game on Legendary co-op with a friend was great fun. Isn't that what games are meant to be - fun?

I'll buy it for sure, because I'm a blinded fanboy of Bungie. This looks good, if it does play like Halo 3 campaign I'm not very sure I'll like it. More like CoD 4 would be better imo.

they are meant to be "fun", but "fun" is subjective, halo 2/3 wernt fun for me, but im happy it was for you.

nah, i'll stick to the good games that i enjoy playing thank you very much, i know that may come across as "crazy", playing games you actually enjoy, but im gonna stick my neck out and do it anyway.

people seem to think that just because you own a 360 means you have to love halo and gears of war by LAW....sorry to say it folks, but thats BS. i'll stick to the games i enjoy thanks, like fable and mass effect.

I know what you mean. I have a Xbox360 and I Don't like Halo 3 and Gears of war. There is so much hype with those games then when I finally play them I realise its nothing special. they're just pretty to look at.
