Still looks too short. Their idea of replay value is time trials... I can play any game again and try to do it faster, it's not really that much fun the second time. Hearing promising things about the sequel though... possible map editor? Win.

I say the design for Faith is good nowbecause she has that normal realistic look to it, and she has that "edge" to her.

That "edge" (read: eye tattoo) and her eyes make her look absolutely hideous in my eyes. I'd prefer her to be a happy medium between the two with no tattoos.

I am not a fan of the eye tattoo either, but her eyes are fine to me.

same, tattoo isnt doing much for me either, but she just looks asian to me. which i dont have a problem with. makes a change from the usual yank hero/heroine anyway. she deffinately has a hard edge to her tho, (read: nothing to do with eye tattoo) like she'd gladly kick everyones ass. which i like, she's not super model hot like most heroines are made out to be (see lara croft, bullet witch etc), and she's not comicly exagerated either (see kameo). she's just an average, realistic human female with above average tallents. sort of like alyx vance, but in a leading role.

I guess the "edge" isn't solely a function of the eye tattoo...but also the horribly ugly scowl she's giving.

My beef isn't with the realistic proportions...as she could have no boobs and I wouldn't care. But man...fugly!

I have seen alot of Hong Kong action movies were I see alot of these type of faces on the female characters and I have never a problem with it.

I just like the face Faith got now, normal and believeable and not some model or barbie face everyone wants in their games.

I love the eye tattoo.

Couldn't care less about the tattoo's or whatever, I don't have to marry her. I just think this game looks absolutely amazing! Looking forward to this one, I just hope the game offers enough variety to keep the fun factor consistent throughout. If so, it will be one hell of a ride!

There are plenty of good loooking "normal" girls who aren't models. I prefer the 2nd face in broman's link, she looks cuter! :D (Younger, yes, but not 5, WTF?!)

I know there are goodlooking "normal" girls that arent models, I look at them alkot when im out :P

But the one broman showed looks more like a JRPG character than character style DICE is going for.
