I'm sorry, but this ... looks terrible. But it fits in perfectly with the the quality that Atari stands for ;)

Doesn't look that great, but it's Simbin so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

well, i must admit it doesn't look all that hot. However, it is still a graphical upgrade over the last few Simbin games, and if the racing is in the same league as GTR Evo, then we are in for a treat.

I'm looking forward to the game.

If you're comparing to Gran Turismo 5, yes, everything would look terrible. On its own it doesn't look that bad, and I'm sure the cars won't feel like the toys, which is more than I can say for a certain Prologue...

Don't understand why the graphics look so poorly. I thought this was a new engine by Simbin? But Simbin is all about true racing. If they can produce the same authenticity as they did on PC with GTR2, then it's bye bye Forza as number 1 on Xbox360.

Somewhere i read this game's engine calculates phisics 5 times more complex than GT/forza. A trade off in graphical departement is more than understandable.

If it looks are on par with Forza2, and its gameplay is on par or exceeds Forza2, then this game will be good, and sell fine... just not great. For fans of sim racing and Forza2... PGR/Burnout fans and graphic whores can steer clear.

Will be filling a nice void, for those tired of Forza2, and not wanting the arcadey feel of the NFS series.

That trailer was horrible.

It does look pretty shite. Those trees are dreadful.

:D

I still give Grand Prix Legends a good old spin every now and then (you REALLY need a steering wheel for that one!), the graphics aren't great by any stretch, but the handling is second-to-none.

This will no doubt deliver handling realism in spades.

I will probably buy this to fill the void until the next forza/gran turismo.
Will the ingame races also have a commentary voice-over thing? Because I liked that :)

Did you ever play a Simbin game? Forza and GT don't even come close to what Simbin has done for race games. They just have to prove it on console now.

The trailer is so average. If some people don't know Simbin, than after this trailer some of them can think this is another average racer which looks like many average and uninspired PC racers.

Wow, that looks bad indeed...I don't care how many physics calculations are being done per minute, there's just no excuse for this.

I don't usually play PC games, thus don't own any Simbin games. But, I have played GTR at a friend of mine with steering wheel and all and it definitely felt hyperrealistic, Forza felt like an arcade racer after playing that. So in that regard, I don't think they'll disappoint.

If we could use our own steering wheel I'd agree. But I've tried the MS and Logitech one and both are far from the real thing (needs more adjustment, feeling is out of place).

Yes. Good example for that is Richard Burns Rally which has super realistic physic. RBR graphic is similiar to Race Pro graphic. And game like RBR can be handle even on PS2.
