Skate 2: Demo video

The demo of Skate 2 is available on XBLA since a few hours, and as a fan of the first game I had to record a video. No doubt, this is still Skate, but with some of the most annoying points fixed. Still, the walking phases certainly could have been done better, but it's still way better than having to go back up the old way.

Althou' im not a big fan of this genre i gotta admit Skate 2 is a nice looking game: Love the use of colour and the framerate is second to none.

Very smooth demo, didn't play the first one, but this is very impressive. The controls work and the graphics are sharp. Think it's the first buy of 2009!

Just tried out the PS3 version to see which is better, they look pretty identical but the framerate drops at times on the PS3 version.

GriftGFX Maybe.. it's different for pre-loaded stuff too. (1 Hour ago)
Doom_Bringer @GriftGFX: well Dragon age extracted is suppose to be arround 20 gigs but the download was only 8 gigs or 15 gigs...procedure might be different for newer games (1 Hour ago)
GriftGFX 45 minutes for this game would have to be like... 3+ megabytes per second. My Comcast can't do that. (2 Hours ago)
GriftGFX My FFOW DL is almost 12.9 gigs and like 95% done. (2 Hours ago)
GriftGFX Steam appears to download extracted and installed, there's no install process once you finish downloading a game. (2 Hours ago)
Doom_Bringer D2D file right now is 9.2 GB's. I think it was less when I was downloading it (now its extracted) I am pretty sure Steam works the same way. 12 gb is probably the extracted size :P (2 Hours ago)
