I'm more hyped for this than for inFamous. Seriously, that game gonna own!
After this video I'm certain the combat system is like in Watchmen The Game. Which is a very good thing :).
Looks very good, cant wait for this game. For some reason it kind of reminds me of last years Bourne. Where it was better than I had anticipated with the fighting. Even though that was a short game.

Yeah I believe it's a challenge mode as have been most of the previous vids, great that they are making an effort to give this replay value beyond the SP plus it looks like a great way to improve your steath and arse kicking skills.
My hype for this game has died.. even watching these videos. The delay was a huge mistake, in my opinion. Hopefully it at least gives them time to polish the game a little more, but pushing it back just so it's closer to Christmas, with some seriously heavy competition is just silly, even if it is Batman.

Based on what I've seen, it more than holds its own against the other 'big hitters' coming this holiday season. Easily.

that sadly wont be the case for me. i was going to buy it (the limited edition no less) for ps3 since it has the joker maps. but now it's been relegated to the rental list. theres no way it can compete with most of the stuff coming at the end of the year for me...and i have to make choices. and batman is just too far down my list.
it's a riddick type game for me. good, but ultimately, i have more important titles to buy.

So what's the difference between this "Free Flow Combat" and getting high multipliers in DMC, GoW or Ninja Gaiden?
you seem to have missed the piont, the vid isnt showing that element, it's more showing off the fluid and free flowing motion of combat. moving from one target to the other seamlessly.

But thats the basic principle of any good beat em up. You can cancel a combo anytime or use a finishing blow from a combination on a nearby enemy instead of the one you started on.
