Rockstar has finally decided to release the first screenshots of Max Payne 3. We had already seen these pictures in ugly scans, so it is a pleasure to rediscover them in a decent quality. The third episode of the adventures of the most depressed cop in the history of video games is developed by Rockstar Vancouver (Bully), which raises some concerns about the fact that the series might head too far from its roots. However, the creators of GTA have rarely disappointed us so far, so let's keep faith for now.
@Moonwalker: stutter can be frame pacing related, which is seperate to fluctuating framerate stutters. NDS rivals was locked at 30fps and stuttered due to a frame pacing bug (2 Hours ago)
I just beat Cleric Beast! ;P (3 Hours ago)
@droezelke: me too. not too excited, i don't know what to expect lol i'll leave it downloading tonight (3 Hours ago)
and remove the stutter, cause except for the stutters, it feels smooth, if that makes sense. The blur of 30fps is gone and i like that. But i am jumpin to conclusions now. (4 Hours ago)
So they will have the fps locked at 30 on X1 with new patch, but also STILL looking into the stuttering? So we'll get locked 30fps still with stutters? I honestly rather have them keeping it unlocked (4 Hours ago)
