This is a smack in the face to people who bought the first one. Not even a discounted price for those who bought the first one, and will now be forced to play empty game sessions? Couldn't this have just been a weapons add on pack? Of course not.

I remember, I ever played this game on ms-dos at long time ago, It's have a lot of fun. But afterwards I never play this game. Some image it's remind me to the past. Thnx for the picture n__n

This is actually the primary reason that I am waiting for its release on another platform. I'm not anti-XBLA or anything, though I have felt burnt on several purchases, but I don't feel like essentially double dipping.

I'll get the Steam version whenever it launches.

Ouch, get real ... About $10 for a new game with that much additions and overall amount is a STEAL! :)

Again, I questioned why this content couldn't have just been added as DLC, but it does seem to be adding a significant amount, including completely new physics. And yeah.. while the original is a little pointless now, it's not really any different from most games when they have sequels released.

I bet if it would be DLC it would cost the same... and would need the earlier game too. Come on 800 points for Worms is nothing.

Worms HD is almost 2 years old I think.

So I don't see a reason why this should be a DLC?
Judging from the pics its a sequel including campaign mode and some cool features.

If you are not willing to buy it then play on Worms HD which still is one of my favs in MP. (And Im not talking about XBLA only)

i dont say that 800 ms points are to much, ill by it but it. just hope that i get some extras by having worms too. like in alien hominid and castle crashers

$10 for a potentially endless amount of gameplay hours. That's a no-brainer if you ask me.

need to find out how many landscapes are with this one. Worms only came with 4 different landscapes - they charged for each of the other additional three.

Played the free trail earlier.. looks nice, not that much difference in the visuals ofcourse.
One thing that did become annoying pretty fast though was the constantly repeated voices they've given the worms. Seemed like there was only 3 different phrases and they were repeated with every turn. Hopefully there's an option to mute them.
