Bullshots.

Clearly some post processing stuff going on in these shots that won't be there when driving but i still think this will look pretty nice :)

For Post processing shots, they are not that impressive.

ahlan: well, seeing as how i assume that they are taken with the engine and then the motion blur, focal blur and stuff like that is added after, i don't really see the problem. They look like shots taken in a regular sort of photo-mode.

Cause the real gameplay doesn't look as close as these pics, car look like made from plastic.

i would like to see some off screen pics, or direct feed shots.

Yeah well there's just no pleasing some people. See to me it looks alright and i'm confident that it'll play great (like it's predecessors). That's all i need.

Man this game looks amazing. Especially when Turn 10 state on their Forza 3 site that they do not release bullshots, and they have not doctored any screenshots for forza 3. They posted this on their site when people starting claiming Bullshots.

According to Che there are only post processing effects added to the shots, such as motion blur and DOF. Off screen pics are misleading, direct feed gameplay shots aren't.

Watch the "gameplay" (well replay) footage that they released at E3, I think this is what can be expected.

Are you aware there are gameplay videos of this game?

Obviously there are extra effects here that you wouldn't even NOTICE if they were there during actual gameplay, but it's still a very impressing looking game, and a few extra effects added by the photo mode don't change that.

It's not like these are completely fake pictures, the game DOES look like that.

I know the final game won't look nearly as perfect as the shots, but it's nice that they're at least attempting to put some focus on JDM this time around... I hope. It's still one of the main reasons GT is king to me.

Turn10 Are Automobile Gods!

For all the talk that Turn 10 spouts, it's funny how their version of Suzuka doesn't look anywhere near as good as the one in GT5P, and likewise they have half the amount of cars on the track, all of which look inferior to the cars in GT5P. I mean I enjoyed Forza 2 but for all the talk you'd expect better really.

Man, seriously. Nobody cares if these are bullshots or not (most likely are, but again, who cares). The final game will look awesome, as proven with Forza 2. What's more important is whether or not the game will be fun to play, and that's subjective.

For now, let's just enjoy these beautiful screenshots.

Aaaand once again the GT fanboys come out of the woodwork for some damage control. Gettin' kinda OLD. And the Forza shots from Suzuka show quite a bit MORE detail than from the GT5 footage. Sorry. Just look at the trees and the extra bits like vehicles parked in the middle and what not. Gotta love the complete lack of proof for the Almighty GT5's superiority...
