We knew it was coming but at least now it's official, SEGA and The Creative Assembly have formally announced Alien: Isolation for PC, PS4, PS3, X1 and Xbox 360, due to release in late 2014. The game takes place in a city-sized space station and is set 15 years after the events from the original film and put the players in the shoes of Amanda Ripley, Ellen's daughter. The developer uses an in-house engine and says there's no multiplayer, focus is on the survival horror aspect. Get the screens and videos inside.
as a consumer i lose nothing if it's a shit game. reviewer do since they now have to publish a late review which probably doesn't get them as many clicks. but meh...reviewers...who cares. (4 minutes ago)
can't say i care much about bethesdas new policy. but then i don't put much stock in what other people have to say about games. buy a game. make your own mind up. sell it on ebay if it's shit. (6 minutes ago)
