Arkham Origins reveals online mode

Batman: Arkham Origins is getting a multiplayer mode. Developed by Splash Damage, the publisher says it blends the game's traditional gameplay with third-person shooter mechanics. The online mode allows players to choose between Batman or Robin and Super-Villain Elite. Playing as the latter will allow you to call reinforcement and play as The Joker or Bane.

While the last thing i felt the batman games needed was a MP mode (certainly not a third person shooter MP mode) this does seem kinda cool. Almost a spies vs mercs uneven teams thing going on. Hopefully bats and robin arn't too over powered. They should be fast, agile, hard to spot, but weak...kinda like the aliens in AVP games, or like the spies in spies vs mercs.

Should just make a batman and robin co-op game throughout.. leave the whole batman gears of war thing.

Wonder if the wii-u version will come out cheaper given you're getting less game for your buck with it

got the first two on PC wont pick this up though, no Hamilton as joker and don't like where they gone with this game, instead trying do something new they just suck it dry and do prequels and shit, they should put there time to another super hero

Well Mark Hamill said that Arkham City willl be the last time when he's voicing Joker and besides Troy Baker is actually doing a great job as the new voice actor. The thing that bothers me in this game is that Batman's gadgets are way to hi-tech for a prequel.
