PS3

From Software launched the official Armored Core 4 site a few hours ago, and it looks like the game will be released alongside the PS3, at least in Japan. I've extracted these excellent looking images from the site, while waiting for something with a better resolution.

Lovely stuff. Indeed sweet looking, at least in this lowres. I would guess that these are a mix between prerendered and realtime images, though.

But knowing From Software from several titles now I do know they can produce stunning imagry.

Is this inhouse developed or...?

Looks awesome. Definitely has "must have AA(A) quality game" potential, if they don't screw up the gameplay.

Btw, the official site doesn't list this as an Xbox 360 game anymore, what's up with that?

There's a separate Armored Core game being developed for the 360. I think that's where the confusion lies.

I wonder if they will make use of the tilt functionality of the PS3 controller. I can see tilting the controller left and right to use the jet packs to avoid missiles and rockets. That would make for some good gameplay.

looks pretty nice...gameplay will probably shown at tgs...seems like zoe might have rubbed off on it...Im interested, as Ive never been before in the previous games

Looks pretty awesome, if it turns out better than the mediocere Chromehounds game to X360 i definitely will buy this
