Electronic Arts finally released a new trailer of Battlefield: Bad Company showing the game in action. And it's clearly totally realtime considering the slowdowns and tearing everywhere in the video. It does look like a great game, but they really have to fix that. Thankfully since the game is to be released sometimes in 2008, they have a lot of time for optimizations.
Then again, its a difference of months rather than years between those and PSX (0 minute ago)
I don't remember very well but i think my biggest problem with Crash gameplay was the depth perception was weird (2 minutes ago)

@GriftGFX: That's the crux of it. Tomb Raider is a good example of that. Then again, it lent a bit to its charm at the same time with how difficult and tense it made traversing things. (3 minutes ago)
