I ran some comparisons between both PS3 and 360 demos, and it looks like the main (graphical) difference is that the PS3 version is blurrier and there's no framerate unlock option. I don't mind the former so much but I'm not buying this version if they don't include 60fps in the full game.
I haven't check out the Big Daddy for pixelation yet but I doubt that has been remedied! I hope so!!!
The blur was a choice, and in game it helps overall. I have heard a lot of people say it makes the textures look less "plastic" or "greasy" than the 360 version. Its not the best solution but it does help in my opinion.
As for the 60fps comment, it won't happen. The 360 version was nowhere near 60 and I don't see that changing.
EDIT: The frame rate issues are an exaggeration and were mentioned in the 360 version.
Shame though... cause from what I can recollect the 360 version ran very, very smooth.
Overall 10/10!
This game was amazing and is amazing, buy this if you havn't played it.
