any words about a demo for europe (prior to the release)?

The game is available here in Canada, we got it at the job today.

edit ; for the demo, there's one in the US XBL I think, and PAL gets screwed maybe, I checked and saw no news about it.

I got the game yesterday.

Liking it pretty good so far.

At first the motion blur (which is a bit much, and not the highest quality) bothered me, but I got mostly used to it. The game is dark, like Doom 3 dark or maybe even darker. Enough to bother me occasionally (as far as visibility).

I like the new gameplay mechanics, there's a lot of new stuff going on, throwing weapons, new tools you can use anywhere, the forensics do work well, drinking to steady your nerves, just a lot of stuff that works well.

Graphics are improved in ways that matter. The graphics aren't super amazing, but they emphasize stuff like the flashlights, and any sources of light, and such. Better looking than Condemned 1 at least by a fair amount.

It's pretty creepy, but I don't usually get too scared at games. Scary games just leave me with an odd feeling after playing too long, and this one does the same somewhat.

Has the pal version been delayed?

im not sure about the rest of the europe but its been delayed till 4th April in uk...so i guess its delayed in whole europe

The US version of Condemned 2 has been confirmed as region-free for both the 360 and PS3 so you can import it from Video Games Plus Online and have it by the end of the week as they have very quick delivery times to the UK, typically 3-4 days.

The same goes for Sweden.. too bad, I want to play it right now!
