Darksiders in the spotlight

THQ has just released some new images for the promising Darksiders : Wrath of War. The famous comic book artist Joe Madureira is working on the game and the artistic direction seems pretty interesting. The following images are from the Playstation 3 version.

Madureira is an incredible artist. I recommend to check out Battle Chasers comic book.

I'm definitely looking forward to this. I dig the subject matter a ton, and the art direction is pretty kick ass.

I love the look of those fat guys exploding.

looks like they did some gfx improvements.
the textures look allot more crispier than in first shots.
hope ist not coming to the wrong time.
could get lost between the more known titles.
but i buy ;)
