Looks great, but no destructible environments, only a few stages from what ive heard, 21 fighters(well, i really dont have a problem with this as long as Broly is on the list:)) and what looks like just a tweaked Budokai remake=no longer on my buy list. Looks like a step backwards. Gamefly here i come.

Looks great. So good it looks way better tha the animation of the show. They are spot on in that area. They are also spot on in bring back the cut-scenes which really capture the escence of the series unlike the previous games.
The bad points is that is seems like they are starting from scratch for this gen. By that I mean only 21 characters compared to like 60 in the previous DBZ game. It also only goes upto the Cell Games saga.
In that aspect is basically like a next-gen remake of Budokai 1 that was released way back when on the PS2...
Still, being a long time DBZ fan, I simply can't pass up on this and I much prefer the Budokai gameplay to that of Tenkachi.

GriftGFX I mean they can keep upgrading it but why bother when they have more capable engines already. (11 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX I just think it shows its age in a lot of ways in FC5 and they have better tech so they should use it. (11 Hours ago)
  • Melmoth
Melmoth if they still pay royalties to crytech when using it they probably should (11 Hours ago)

GriftGFX Although I think it's kinda time to retire Dunia. (11 Hours ago)
  • Melmoth
Melmoth @HR2: a lot of studios used modified UE3, games like Arkham Knight, XCom2, both being very problematic on pc. Interesting to see what those studios will do for their next games. (11 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @HR2: Ubisoft uses their own engines. They have like.. three solid in house game engines. (11 Hours ago)
  • HR2
HR2 @Melmoth: agreed. speaking of Ubisoft, I wonder which engine they're using for the next Splinter Cell. a heavily modified UE3 like Batman AK or UE4? (11 Hours ago)
