Ok that actually looks pretty awsome! I love the way the environments deform.

gameplay is the only worries, seems aa huge step down from previous games. Framerate is somewhat compesated with the extra detailed scenes MTFramework couldn't cope at 60fps in the past.

MT Framework coped in Bayonetta however. Which makes me wonder why Capcom did not give this project to Platinum.

The gameplay does look fun however it is definitely slower than previous DMC games. Btw, the voice actor of this Dante sounds similar. Is it the same VA as DMC3/DMC4 Dante?

As a Devil May Cry reboot, its not good.
As a action game, yeah its good. lol

But overal, it looks solid, fun.

I was actually impressed with this. The "backbone" feel is still there, with a minor changes, but I guess we can actually see something coming out from this.
I'll be keeping an eye on this.

the 'escape' movie has a nice eerie feel to it. I love the moving platform / tiles that you need to traverse.

Dante still looks horrible design wise and i dont trust ninja theory at all as far as a combat system goes. But i'll rent it.

Yeah, but i rent most. This will be one of them.

I can say undoubtably that the story shalln't fail to deliver (judging from NT history) and for me that is enough of a success to make it a collectors item. Whilst granted books are there for great stories the rare quality of an engaging tale in games is what ultimate makes it collectable.

Only PS3 Exclusives, all other games gets rented cause they aren't worth the money.

As for this vid, I think it looks good, but I have to agree with my dear friend here KORN that Dante's design is ugly as hell.

Unless it's skyrim, batman, dark souls, battlefield 3, or any one of the hundreds of multiplatform games i Bought played and loved...this however will not be one of them. I think my reasons are pretty justified. Ninja theory is the developer who are known for ok stories and shallow combat, and dante looks fucking awful. I'm finding it hard to find something decent about it. I supose it looks alright visually *shrugs* meh

I will probably buy it for $15-20 like I did with Enslaved, that way if it is shit I will not lose that much.

Honestly,this is the best this game has looked for me.It's not saying much though but i am a little less unimpressed?Yeah dante still looks off to me also who knows though it could be a good rental because i wish i rented dmc4 so i am not being hasty again.

Because the developer still has no idea how to make good game as shown thus far.
