As much as it pains me to say it since i've been looking forward to this game since it was announced for the PS2. But i dont think it's going to be very good.

What tipped you off, the odds? which not even Geoff Keighley could make look favourable, the last good Alien game was .......erm........ well I guess that's my point. Add to that a genre saturated to such magnitudes as to make the term itself redundant, then there is the meagre visuals that is more bare than a babies bottom and don't get me started on the gun models. I guess one can hope :).

Its a "movie tie in/cash in", made by a crappy game dev "gearbox" instead of an experienced dev or a dev with a betterd 3d engine, and it looks like it borrows heavily from Doom 3 monster in the dark closet type gameplay...
Its going to sell reguardless so its a cash in... in fact I am going to say its going to sell much better than games that get the tech pushed hard and its gameplay is going to be so safe its a sure thing... at least you can look forward to improvements in the sequels... meh.
