Why would you wish that for? If it's because of optimization for your preferred system, that's not exactly the same as "only for this system and not for others".

I dont know, its something about exclusives. Im happy with everyone getting it tho. I dont have a prefred system even tho my username is what it is ;) I have prefered games.

ps: almost all exclusive games got worse by the time they went multiplat. I think thats my main reason.

But Witcher started as a PC exclusive. So why X1 all of a sudden?

You mean like previous witcher game on 360 which was not on PS3. Console exclusive what some ppl like to call. It would be a big loss for devs as well

This was one of the absolute highlights of E3 for me. I watched the reveal press briefing thing they did for GOG.com a few days before where they kept saying "we're making a special marketing deal with one of the briefings at E3" but didn't say who. Then when it came out on the MS stage- that was it. That was not only their best briefing, best of show, but also best trailer of the best briefing of the show. Gimme gimme gimme!

I'm glad to see this game looks good even on this gen's gaming bottleneck. It can only get better with a PS4 or PC version. Those guys are becoming masters in the industry.

900p for both consoles I think I had read. CDPR had said in an interview that they actually preferred working with the X1, cant remember the specific reasons but they made sense I guess.

Anyway, game looks fckin awesome. I loved the second game to death, and played it many times on PC, plan to do the same with this.

Mamais confirmed that the version of Witcher 3 shown during Microsoft's E3 press conference was indeed running on an Xbox One at 900p resolution and 30 frames per second

Nice nice, very nice! CDPR had said that 900p was no problem, and that they are doing their best to get it to 1080p. But if they can add even more beauty and then have to keep it at 900p/30fps...i am fine with that.

Also remember that CDPR also said they haven't yet used the additional 10% gpu bandwidth that has been unlocked.

that extra 10% you're talking about is PR talk, the reason the XBONE cant output games at 1080p is because the esRAM, is to small to output games on the console at 1080p, that extra 10% maybe will make the console more stable when it comes to framerates, like not going below 30 they way its been happening with a big percentage of games released on the console, if you want the best console experience of this game get a ps4, if you want the best withcer 3 experience build a monster PC, i still cant decide what to do, withcer 2 on PC looked beatiful but im not sure i want to spend 600 on another top graphics card or buy for ps4, screen tearing will be the deciding factor, i cant stand screen tear, i don't mind the debacle many people have between 30 or 60 frames, as long as is locked and stable ill take 30 or 60 but please vsync the game

Alien Isolation is 1080p on both consoles and more and more games are getting 1080p on X1 also. The G-Card on ps4 compared to X1's is a few frames difference in tests. All in all it won't matter to me cause i will get for PC, but to people that will buy on X1/PS4 there won't be a big difference at all.

GPUs are clearly different. There should always be differences if the software is optimised...If you have a PC you will know the difference in GPUs.

It's not true 60 FPS. It's just an upscaled/faked video.

The X1 gameplay shown at E3 was 900p/30FPS. But they still aim for 1080p on both consoles. On PC only the sky is the limit. ;)
