While we are looking for an eventual video of the game, here are 3 new screens for God of War: Ascension. Sony has also given a release date: March 12 2013.

Thought it looked dam good but the constant chain noises were starting to get really annoying.

I really liked the new chain noises, was one of the better improvements (outside of the visuals and lighting) in what is an otherwise unchanged game. I hope they stick with the "find a weapon and use it" progression they seemed have going in the demo.

looks DX9'ish like the last one but nothing wrong with that really. it looks clean and unsmeared.

It looks and plays like I expected it to and their presentation is quite predictable now. I actually feel sorry for Sony Santa Monica as it seems their talents are being wasted. Here's hoping they have a second team working on a new next-gen IP.

Yeah, i have hard time to get excited about this. Loved Gow 1 & 2 tho, but after that series go downhill imo.
