Yes I know, PC games are not really what Gamersyde is all about but we thought we could make an exception with Bioware's Star Wars: The Old Republic. The E3 trailer is so breathtaking it would have been a shame not to see it here in very high quality, dont you think?

Wasn't this the only game that used a CGI trailer, everything else shown featured ingame footage =/

TFU2 CGI and both The Old Republic CGI's are breathtaking!

It seriously gives Blizzard a real competition in this area...but that Starcraft 2 CGI that recently god released is breathtaking!

I am still wishing that some of these companies make a full blown CGI like this quality for 3 hours full on movie, I would so go to theaters to watch it, and then Blu Ray!

Isn't his supposed to take place pre-every star wars movie? Then how are there clone soldiers? And that aside, why are there clone soldiers fighting against the empire? I always thought they were the prospective stormtroopers...

Well Nerd talk aside this is some amazing CGI, I wonder how long it takes them to make a 5 minute trailer.

They would've made a great single player game. You can tell by the quality of this CGI trailer...

Once again Bioware and Blur Studio have created a trailer so awesome it makes all 3 Star Wars Prequels look like total shite.

Beautiful trailer by Blur Studios yet again.

In a way, its also bittersweet knowing that our games can look like this in a few years but the current console cycle for Sony and Microsoft won't allow it.

Well, that's a pretty cool video. Anybody seen the ad for Starcraft 2? Of course you have. So I guess that you thought the same thing while watching this trailer. Why isn't this an actual movie?
I'd rather see the actual game, though.

Yes you are right around 4000 years BBY (Before Battle of Yavin). Don't think they are clones, unless GL has gone completely senile... Just a uniform armour set.

I would say the quality is just as good as those two.
If I had to rank the quality, I would put Blizzard at top and the number 2 spot would be debatable between the studio that does the Old Republic, Sqare Enix and the Warhammer cinematics
