Chat header? you mean it doesn't come with a headset?
£529??? better not be. £420 they said. And you're looking at over £500 with that when a games thrown in and 12months of live. Noticed only 14days of free live with the console now instead of a full month - Nasty microsoft
Still extremely expensive. I don't think MS has learnt from Sony's mistake. But this means PS4 will be around a similar price. Damn, no next-gen console for me for at least a year after release.
The 360 Premium was 400€ and technically, for its time more advanced, no?
What they showed so far was not very convincing imo... not for this amount of money.
$499.99 Dollars equates to EXACTLY £321.43!
I DON`T CARE about import taxes or all of that other crap so don`t waste your time in trying to explain it to me!
Rant over***
Are they fucking stupid?
I ain't paying that kind of money
The hardware is shit in relation to what is currently available in the market and they charge MORE then last gen?

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if the PS4 was cheaper at launch. Maybe not by much, perhaps 10% or so.

Fucking terrible
The hell is a chat header?
Chat header = headset
I certainly do not have the kind of money to buy this. And even if I did, I wouldn't waste it on this shit. Not before I know everything there is to know about DRM, subscriptions, 24h online connection, etc...
Their ego has gotten too big. Not only are they trying to force multiple incredibly unpopular features on consumers (bundled kinect, always on internet, DRM BS, always watching cameras etc etc), but they also have few interesting games and now have the gall to charge $500 for the thing AND still charge for internet (gold). As long as Sony avoids the pitfalls Microsoft is jumping into, this should be the most lopsided generation of consoles in a looooong time...
Went thru 2 RROD's, love the 360 but.. just no. Make it $499 worldwide at least, even so ppl said it's a lot.
