PS3

Videogames based on card battles are rare ; the last two I remember of are Baten Kaitos and Phantasy Star Online: Episode III for the GameCube. Sony Computer Entertainment tries to do so with Eye of Judgment, an exclusive PS3 title. I already like what has been shown so far. Many screens after the jump.

Card games are cool, video games are cool but i don't really understand why they had to go and make this elaborate and as far as i can see stupid setup for it. Why not just make a collectible card game? Or a collectible card game, but entirely digital? Seems like you could buy booster packs for your deck over PSN and play the game withouth the camera and stuff. But no. The have to have a reason to sell the camera i guess.

So except for being stupid, i think this game looks like it could be a lot of fun :)

well, you can play the cardgame without the PS3 + the cam , but with the sweet animations it will be like 1000% cooler and ofcourse the online-play is a huge benefit of this quite expensive way to play it

I will get it for sure , for I jave complete trust in Wizards of the Coast , they will make it a very good game.

Its kind of interesting and i do like a good card game.

But Sony are taking their sweet assed time in making this game, they need to pull their finger out.

If after the holiday rush no info comes out about rampent cheating on online games then this is a total buy for me.

The worst part about CCG was that you never had new people to play against most of the time. If online holds up then I could see this game being huge.

This game looks more appealing to me than any other PS3 game. If I ever get a PS3 game, I'd be sure to get this game.
