WOW, overcast skies and lighting to match, and foliage that doesnt look like some aliens interpretation of it....MUCH better.

This game has so much realism that I better be able to get out and push my Honda Civic.

These screens are missing the usual "Forza Motorsport 3" and "Turn10" watermarks, odd.

Wow Nurburgring looks much better then in FM2 and Barcelona looks great aswell!

some really great cars - especially the Alfa's and Ford's

I can tell this is from a newer build, lots of little improvements have been made, especially in the lighting department, just looks more natural. The overcast effect looks perfect on the cars and track.

The game gets better looking every week and its good to see Circuit de Catalunya making its way into the game as that track really is awesome.

Nice! I like the barren trees in the back. Lighting is good. Although I think the reflection properties of the car is overkill. It needs to be dialed down a notch.

I actually feel a bit weepy when I see these shots. This game is GORGEOUS. It looks like it could be advertisements for these cars... I can't wait to get ahold of the camera and take MY favorite cars out for a photo session.

Just been pouring over these screens again and again, im just blown away by the improvement. It looks so much more believable than it did just a few days ago with the last batch of shots. More spectators, mare variety in foliage, better contrast, more natural colours. Just everything about the shots is better. Now if only they can give a similar pass to the other tracks which have looked to be below this standard we're onto a real winner.

I'm a forza fan, but bullshots :/

It would be nice if they publish some pics from gameplay and not all the time photo mode.....

I see that call all the time, I just don't see how people cant deduce what the visual differences will be. All of the assets you see in those screenshots will be the same, they dont have the ability to magically swap in far more detailed assets, particuarly because the space is so limited. The only additions in those screens is a little extra AA/AF (always nice) and some motion blur/DOF that are more about picking out a specific object within an image rather than making the game look any better in motion. You also wont play the game from these camera angles as it might be rather difficult.

Most games release photo mode or photoshopped shots, but for some reason its always forza that gets the "bullshot", "need ingame" etc etc.

What i would like is some good "trailers" done in the same style as the CG ones at E3 but using ingame video, or a trailer similar to what PD knocks out showing all the different aspects of their game. Straight up vids of the game running can be rather bland, especially since we have so many of them.

i agree. i think it is what makes the cars look like plastic. otherwise they look great, and in the thumbnails they even look quite realistic. but close up there is just something off with the shaders/reflections and/or lighting.

Turn 10 is really upping the ante with the car selection. The Focus RS just came out and its already in the game. Saw it on a track a few days ago, first time ever seeing it live. I really wasn't expecting the 500 Abarth SS or the Mito either.

Also, they're not messing about with the Alfa Romeo license. According to the old rumors by Tofu, there would also be a Giulia Sprint. Judging by how accurate his car list has been so far, its safe to assume its legit.

All in all, Im very impressed. It seems that Turn 10 are consistently adding more cars you actually want to drive. There's nothing on this list so far that immediately strikes me as awful. Good work, T10!
