We continue our coverage of Forza Motorsport 7 with these 2 HDR videos captured on Xbox One S. Small reminder, you must be equipped with a compatible screen or you will discover videos whose colorimetry will be totally distorted.
For some reason I get an error message when I try to play this video on win 10. I do have a 4k and hdr enabled tv, also tried on vlc media player and its like a slide show. Computer is a 6500k, gtx 970, 8 gig ram.
These are the same as the Tomb Raider videos? Because those sadly didn't play on my TV but those hevc ones, I believe, those did. But that won't show HDR right?
what software did you use to capture the HDR gameplay with, i tried using OBS but the video came out really bad like i had the brightness turned up way too high.
And yep a GPU that can decode HEVC Main 10 is needed.
Nvidia 7th Gen PureVideo HD should be enough.
at least: GeForce GTX 950, GTX 960 (GM206) / GeForce GT 1030 (GP108)
Actually all Nvidia Pascal GPUs should be fine.

Even my 980 Ti I payed more than 700€ could not decode it, its video decoding specs were just too old.
