GC07: Final VF5 gameplay video

This time it's the end for the Game Convention videos since as far as I can tell I'm done with all the tapes I got from Leipzig. So enjoy this last 60 fps video of Virtua Fighter 5 on the 360.

The ps3 may be able to render actual water, but I honestly think this water looks a little better, it's less splashy.

The PS3 version is an arcade conversion, and the arcade hardware most certainly does not have the processing power of the PS3 and i assume that AM2 did not spend time making new code for water simulation when converting it.

I think the water looks just about the same on PS3 and 360.

^^ Agreed

I love the flurry of button mashing as soon as the match starts :D

I can even *hear* the button mashing. hehe. can't wait to hair that over my mic on xbox live...
Can't wait to play it, although I'm a bit skeptical about online...DOA4 had terrible lag online and hopefully this won't follow in its footsteps.

lag depends on your connection with the players....it gets worse if other people with bad connections join in doa4..in this game, its allways 1 on 1 so that will minimize the lag, and if your connection is good it will play very smoothly...when i play with just my friend or cuzins whom i have a good connection with in doa4 it is lagless.
