This was the coolest thing i've seen regarding the game, same was true when it was demo'd at E3. Dunno if it'll be enough to tempt me to buy the game tho.

If this "section" of the game is as dynamic as the devs claim (real time weather, water simulations and destruction), then this could have been a game in and of itself. I am curious how much of the game this will make up, because if the devs put that much time into it, it must play a rather large role.

Then again, that could all be good marketing, and this could just be a linear, heavily scripted prologue section that take 10 minutes. I guess we will have to wait and see...

Was hoping to see some ingame footage of how the naval battles actually work.

GriftGFX FFA deathmatch is pretty fun in OW even though it's totally not balanced. Great Tracer practice. (11 Hours ago)

KORNdog The Orville episode 3 was amazing. Very heavy topic but handled it extremely well. (11 Hours ago)

GriftGFX I wasn't really setting up any specific comparison at all. I said modern phones and many PCs. That's pretty vague. You can set whatever limits on that you want. (12 Hours ago)

GriftGFX Granted.. synthetic benchmarks are just that.. but in Geekbench 4 a Snapdragon 835 can outperform a Q9550.. which is definitely faster than the E6600. (13 Hours ago)

GriftGFX My personal history of personal computing goes back to 8-bit computers. I think 2017 ARM CPUs are amazing. (13 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @droezelke: I said E6600.. and its single core performance in synthetic benchmarks is certainly comparable. But yes. You can go back to the 80s. I didn't say anything about them being modern. (13 Hours ago)
