If Nintendo could still make original games and had the power of PS3 to work with, I think the end result would look something like this.

That looks utterly magnificent. Especially that last bit, since it's a bit new. Love the marbles and the smoke, as well as those text prompts.

GD08 is turning out pretty damn well--begging me to dust off the PS3. Good stuff.. one of the few downloadable games I'm still interested in.

Nintendo isn't innovative enough for games like this

I think it would be better to say, if Sega still had a system and they hadn't broken up (were successful), their games would look like this

Wow, LOTS of visual upgrades. I'm also surprised how many visual bugs there are now too, but at least that gives them something to work on. All this time not hearing much about the game I almost thought they were just sitting around.

Anyways, looks really cool, the game remains one of my most anticipated.

Looks excellent. It is like N+ with a larger budget and on steroids.

I don't really see any longevity in this. Sure, you can build your own levels, but the concept seems dull after a few hours. But I have to try it to know.

If you don't have friends, probably no longevity. But with friends, sitting on the same couch, there is definite longevity.

About the game

What's up?
  • Nietzsche
Nietzsche What bothers me most is it truly is creating gambling habits in small kids that also play these games (6 Hours ago)
  • Nietzsche
Nietzsche @KORNdog: exactly, it’s nothing short of predatory. It’s literally using reasearch about the chemical reactions of the human brain to get people to spend more money than they want to (6 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog They want you spending hundreds amassing a room full of dollar store garbage while you search out a t-shirt that actually looks like it wasnt designed by a monkey, (6 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog I don't like lootcrate/nerd block for the same reasons. Yes you MIGHT get something cool, but that glimmer of hope is exactly what those companies are exploiting. (6 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog But obviously thats just a single pay ent pirchase. Pubs want you spending weekly unlocking content you might not not even want or need. (6 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @Nietzsche: i agree. There os no justifiable reason to have the randomised element of loot boxes. The stuff should just be avalible in a store and you pay for what you want. (6 Hours ago)
  • Nietzsche
Nietzsche but I do think overwatch does it in a much less harmful way than most others (8 Hours ago)
