Ubisoft has released the second developer diary of Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, this time putting the spotlight on the soldiers futuristic equipment.

I am most surprised by this game, I haven't played the previous Ghost Recons but after all the hubub you would think this thing killed someone's mother it looked so bad, but it's really turning out graet. The 1up preview was incredible though, the sounds the gameplay and everything just looks high quality and classy. THe over the shoulder mode is great, hope they can follow in the footseps of Resident Evil 4 in regards to the view mode.

nice diary i think the graphics will be better than call of duty 2 not sure. ill of to wait for a video review. can,t wait for Saint Row.

your not sure if this will look better than call of duty 2? hmmm maybe we both watched a different vid :D.

anyway, i really love that whole 3d map thing, looks awesome and should be good for using different tactics, man i can't wait for this game!

All the developer diaries were done at the same time so they will all have the low-res textures.

I want to know if Vsync is shut off in this game? I can never tell if the tearing I see in some of the videos is just the crappy small videos themselves or actual tearing in the game? I hated the tearing in Perfect Dark: Zero, there's no excuse for that in next-gen games...

Definetly on my list to buy in March (hopefully no last minute delays again). The only thing that I gripe about this game is the fact that I can't go into buildings. It's cool that you can be sent up to the roofs with a helicopter. I'm starting to like all that red and green diamond markers now that I see it motion.

Hey Blim,

From what ive seen the single player lets you do certain moves that none of the multiplayer vids have shown...

such as diving, jump over walls, taking cover, and doing metal gear style shoot and hide technics...

do you know if there in the MP?

Looks awsome, the hud is a brilliant touch, graphically it looks better then cod2. Though cod2 made up for lowish poly count scenery with some slick frame rates and nice fog effects.
