Sony released some new images of God of War 3, the highly anticipated sequel. The game will hit the shelves in March 2010 and it should guarantee a hell of a roller-coaster ride.
As I said earlier, even the finest out there(Killzone2, Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain etc.) seem to fade in its glory :0 :0 :0
Darn impressive man, what have they done to the engine??? its just spectacular, the Kratos model and background smmothness is pure CG-ish... darn insane !!!
That E3 demo was just bloody amazing, seems that going by the piccy's the game is gonna look even more gorgeous! (as long as the piccy's are in game shot's that is lol!).

From that what I know yes. In one country Sony released info (with one spoiler) about local actors in GOW3 and there was written who gonna play Herakles, so I think we will see him.

You really can't describe a picture of a semi naked man as sexy in a "hetero" way.
Kidding aside, the game does look amazing. Also much needed after the unacceptable port of Bayonetta essentially deprived PS3 owners of a great action game.

But I hope they fix the decent combat they had from the E3 demo, the hit detection was bad, but ah well, that was last E3 and this is now, keeping hope alive.
March is gonna be awesome when it arrives at stores.
If this is how clean the game will actually look like, then my God! But then again, the texture mapped chains on his arms still always catch my attention lol (yeah I know I'm being picky here).
Note that most of those screens ( the one with the satyr and the one with hades ) are from July 2009. they were spotted on gamepro mag first. These are just the high rez version of the screen.
I guess the final build will be more impressive.
And according to the dev , the most impressive point of GOW graphically is its dynamic lighting engine which looks impressive in motion.
like ages ago, the model of kratos makes up for anything on screen, where he is the most zoomed-in, the better. the rest is just way more low poly in comparasion, with some more glee and shine to hide the fact. The people who wasted nights modeling him, should get a raise... too bad hes gonna be aside on the in-game gameplay.
Looks great, but photoshopped, because jaggies have been removed. And painting come to life? Nope. Uncharted 2 still seems to be the graphics king on the PS3.
