The game has a great use of enviremont shadows & light, and some nice little touches like the dog's fur

Hopefully this one gotta be as good as the first one, it may sounds weird but I had more fun playing DtR then MaxPayne ( in the terms of gameplay mechanism thats it ). On the other hand DtR 2 was uber garbage. Cant wait for some gameplay clips to see how things gonna be on this one.

This is a nice surprise, I quite enjoyed the previous games but I never thought they'd bring the series back.

Yes images is misspelled, but granted this being a French site, the spelling on this site and forums, is generally better, in spelling and grammar, than most US/UK sites.

I think we should applaud Blim and co. for making such a wonderful site, for all of us English speaking folk, who visit it.

Was this game kind of a sleeper hit on the original Xbox?

I suspect Namco saw Chris Redfield and figured that's what they wanted for their remake. A huge mistake as you've obviously spotted the connection. And as the release is slated for Q4 2009, I can see it falling off the radar as far better established franchises are released at the same time.

From the screens it looks pretty generic - nothing you haven't seen in the past 3 years as it looks like F.E.A.R 1! From what I've read in the press release, I can't imagine the slight change in combat mechanics will make that much of a difference to its success.

droezelke @MrWhite: Yep. I know that saying. That means that there is something systemic wrong in Hollywood. That's what has to be exposed. (5 minutes ago)

MrWhite or was it " you'll never work in this town again"? Same thing, I'm sure. (57 minutes ago)

MrWhite You know that old cliche line that gets used a lot, even in films "you'll never eat lunch in this town again!" I bet that got used a lot for real, and it meant something for real. (58 minutes ago)

droezelke Help to put all blame on 'men'. Or all blame on Weinstein. How was it possible that it went on for 30 years, and Hollywood knew about it. That is to me the biggest issue. (1 Hour ago)

droezelke @KORNdog: What I meant was: there is bigger problem than just Weinstein being a criminal. To come to a discussion that solves the problem, both sides have to look where the responsibilty is. It doesn' (1 Hour ago)
