Page 1 2 >>And I, for one, don't care if critics claim it's too short. As an adult gamer with a 70 hour a week job, I don't have the patience or time for long games, unless the title has the words Metal, Gear, and Solid in it.
Its great that its a trilogy, great story, awesome characters, amazing soundtrack, very cool combat and AWESOME cutscenes.
Bring it on!
What's wrong the the main character's hair? It looks kinda... awful.
@pic 4: sure, the game looks great, but one thing is not awesome: all the antagonists in the background looks uniform. but this is wicked.
I suppose if all I had ever been stuck in front of was a PS2, then yes, I would be blown away by the graphics, but to be honest I am REALLY struggling to be impressed by this.
Hype, hype hooray...
great graphics
What's wrong the the main character's hair? It looks kinda... awful.
Besides they wanted to make the hair a character for itself, long, floating hair, thats hard. But it would be much more wrost consider it doesnt go thtrough her body and all.
anyway...gonna be great :D
But whenever anybody releases unaltered, native shots its a good thing in an industry that hardly ever does. Fourth pic looks super.
I was so fed up with the hype surrounding this and Lair, so it's great to finally get reviews and facts on the table instead of having to fight myths, outright lies and more hype.
looks great tho hearing one reviewer say it took only him 8hours lmao ... ill pass thank you not to mention a few other niggles i have with the game.
lost planet - 4 hours
darkness 7.30 hours
call of juarez - 7.30 hours
dead rising was also really short
god of war1/2 - 6-8 hours
short games are just the norm today really. but im fine with that in all honesty. dont have much time to be playing 40+ hour RPG's or 20 hour FPS's (not that there are many of those)
i've always held the likes of max payne, ico, and shadow of the colossus in much higher regard then the long games out there becasue they are artistically immersively and naratively far superiour games imo
im all about refined gamplay/animation and a great story. and this deliveres in spades on both of those.
there are far worse things you could buy on the ps3.
lost planet - 4 hours
I prefer the first option
