The ninjas reading us should be pleased to know that we just found some new images of Tenchu Senran. The game doesn't seem really enhanced from PS2 versions, but I suppose it should be fun anyway.

Did they upgrade the graphics for the westerns copy? Looks like it to me.
Heres what I noticed as well...the night missions looks much better than the ones at day.
There is a slight noticeable improvement over the previous tenchu games I'd say. I suppose it could turn out ok... but one thing I didn't like about Tenchu was that it felt really awkward to play for some reason... too 'clunky' for a stealth game if that makes any sense.
tenchu return from darkness on the xbox was a total dissapointment, this on the other hand will be sweet if 4 player co op is done nicely. i dont care about the gfx to be honest as i play 4 player cop op turtles arcade ever day lol.

That's one of the reasons i'm keen on this game!
I've played Tenchu on the xbox and was quite happy with it, although the controls could have been done better (the camera was terribly slow). But after a while I got used to them and they did the job.
I'm pretty close to getting this, I just need to see a good story, good gameplay/controls and I'll probably buy it.
Question: Are these graphics improved over the Japanese demo? They seem like it, but I haven't played the demo in a long long time. I really do like what Tenchu is all about, but the lighting and feel of the demo was a bit unsatisfying.

It does actually look like a ps2 game in fact i'd say god of war 2 looks better than this, but the thencu series has never been pretty but that hasn't stopped it from being awesome.
The 4 player co-op alone is worth a purchase .
