It clearly looks in-game to me. But those rocks and stones... often don't look like real rocks and stones. More like plastic.

doesnt look bad i guess...but whats wrong with the guys arm in the first pic? looks like the shadow has gone crazy.

imo that's ingame - also note the blur effect under the wing of the flying thing in the last picture.

360's version of resistance? Not a bad thing, not being able to afford a PS3, i can't complain.. just looks rather similar, set in the UK clearly because of the underground sign in pic 7.. aliens in the UK.. sounds similar, hope its as good.

i like the weapon design..

A strange mix of great design and bad execution. The monsters look great, and the effects too, but the base of it just looks extremely naive.

I agree it resembles Resistance in alot of ways, but atleast Resistance had alot going on. This seems to be a corridor shooter (judging from the screens).

take some Half-life settings and mix it up with Spirits Within ghost-type creatures and throw in a gun from Timesift and there u have it: THEY

I can't even see one reason why anyone would have any doubt that these screenshots are real gameplay. I've already seen the game in action. It looks okay, but its a little disappointing when you consider that the game will be released in 2009. What's the point in even announcing a game's release that's so far off? We still have 4 more months of 2007 and 2008 gaming hasn't even had its surface scratched yet.

Looks great but like omegaheat said, I couldnt care less about 2009 at this stage. We'll have stuff like GTA5 and Gears of War 2 by that time and this will be just another shooter lost in the ranks.

Considering that the game is due for release around 2009, they would most likely improve upon the graphics and mechanics between now and then.

Maybe by releasing screenshots and a trailer now they hope to get feedback on what people would like to see changed and/or improved before its too far into development.

if this isnt in-game then the developers did a very bad job at trying to make it look the best. this game realyl just looks like a normal fps. nothing even exciting.

This game will shine on PC with all the DX10 glory.

Awful grafx... The weapon upgrade seems fun, but otherwise there's nothing else that let's this game shine brighter than others... Not interested into that one... Man, except the weapon, the grafx look crap...
