Jericho : image and trailer

Probably one of the most lugubrious first person shooter awaited by gamers, Clive Barker's Jericho makes its comeback today with a single in-game screenshot and a new trailer. It looks like the Unreal Engine with the bald marine and its shiny armor, however, that's not the case : the game uses the Mercury Engine, created in-house by developer Mercury Steam.

Looks tons better than the gameplay I saw last time. I hope the final game will look like this.

Like the graphics, but the characters are really silly. Like goth bitch and preacher-man for example. I don't know though, I'll be wanting a demo before i say yay or nay.

Well, it's not even impressive.
Not everything needs to have OMGWTF great graphics. It looks decent, and the atmosphere seems very nice. I doubt there will be many games as sickening as this one (in a good way, with the gore and all).

if its a good clive barker game, then it will be awsome, barker is the master of horror...and the visuals may not be super impressive, but the art and sucjh are really cool, and the gameplay looks pretty fun

About the game

What's up?
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX I doubt I'll try to 100% Zelda, but I can already tell that it's a very big game. (4 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @Moonwalker: One for my desk and one for my livingroom. It would also be convenient to have a portable dongle. Part of the beauty of the device is portability. (5 minutes ago)
  • MrWhite
MrWhite Doing it that way before going to Ganon should take you in the region of about 100 hours, minimum. I only just finished the game 3 days ago. Nearly 8 weeks of hammering the game. (1 Hour ago)
  • MrWhite
MrWhite @GriftGFX:Zelda will keep you occupied for a brave while. If, you're like myself, you'll want to take in everything Hyrule has to offer by exploring everything (1 Hour ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker @GriftGFX: Why a second dock? :) (4 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX but it's already being put through its paces in multiple modes. I would have bought a second dock immediately if they weren't so expensive. (5 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX I do have some minor gripes about the inventory system, but other than that it's stellar so far. The platform is great too. Zelda doesn't push the full flexibility of the system on its own (5 Hours ago)
