We all expected to see a bit more of Kingdom Under Fire II at E3 but unfortunately we did not. To make it up to you, Blue Side released a few new screenshots of the game.
when I first saw this game the graphics looked unbelievable now they look dated, shows how swift the blade of time works. Hopefully combat will be its saving grace.

This looks dated? Where are you from, the bloody future? It looks great but i don't think it's for me. Never did like the other games in the series much.
Cant wait to see more footage on this, especially of the 360 version. No way my PC plays it as great as these screens, but Blue Side does know the 360 very well so hopefully that can come close.
Not to be that guy and drop the obligatory armor comment, but it's just even more overtly silly that she's literally going TO WAR in a metal bikini. It would require more effort on her enemies' part to actually strike at any of her various trinkets.

Maybe it's thought as a distraction? Fighting would be the last thing that comes to my mind when I see her ^^.

It's a game, dude, don't ever try to compare to reality. 'Sides, if she's fast enough she doesn't need much armor.

If you wanna nitpick about every one of them I'll call you Roger Ebert. I'd rather appreciate some skin than having her look like Master Chief. It's just a game, for god's sake.

Unless there some in-game cutural reason for it, I just don't see why the elven women are just wearing bikinis and shoulder pads, and the dudes are all decked out in full gear (from what I see). Reality I don't care so much about, but believebility and self-consistency I do. This seems to have neither.

That´s the point. I love some tits and asses like any other guy, yes, sex sells yada yada, but when you have this kind of contrast (and high heels also) it´s just plain ridiculous.

Agreed. The contrast comes up way too much, and not just in video games.
Truth. If everyone was as scantily clad( like, say Conan) it wouldn't be an issue. Every time I see the whole "bikini-shoulderpad" designs, I think of a 13 year old( woah, that sounds wrong, but you know what I mean). You can still design armor that looks functional and is still sexy, and will still have the Suspension of disbelief...

Conan is only ever scantily clad in the movie and games (maybe the comic as well, i've never read it). The real Conan would never dream of going to battle without proper armor :P

They're clearly all pieces of armour though which kinda makes it even more hilarious. She must've gone into a war clothes shop and gone "give me all the bits that don't do anything".
