After completing Knack i should admit that it is one of those games you can't remember anything about in a month. You start playing with a plain face and nothing ever changes. Fine tuned to be normal, 'by the (game design) books'. Feels more like Cerny's thesis. A representation of what video games are for general public.

Yea it's a 6.5, MAYBE a 7. It's got mostly solid mechanics and a fun look. I like it simply because it reminds of the ratchets and jaks that we hardly ever see anymore. It also surprised me in that it's quick to not hold back in its difficulty. I really only wish all the particles and enemy bodies would hang around instead of immediately disappearing. Something tells me this game was developed BEFORE they bumped the PS4's ram up to 8GB.

This game was a blast to play with 2 player co-op on hard. Good enemy variety/patterns, responsive controls, decent combat (love the air dash/dodge) and great difficulty.

But yeah, definitely not a game that would be nearly as fun playing by yourself.

Megido The problem with MGS 2 is that you hate all the characters, and the villains are retarded. Then you beat the game in 2 hours if you skip all the codec speak. (3 Hours ago)

nostradamus lukeward destination visually and there isn't much sandbox to the level the tanker level had. still great, freakin 60fps and probably some of the best visuals, effects in any game to that date. (4 Hours ago)

nostradamus the problem i had with mgs2 was that the tabker level was in itself a freaking great sandbox demo and one would imagen where on manhattan the full fledge game would take us. then the big shell is a (4 Hours ago)

nostradamus @Megido: errr... no. it has long cutscenes, yes, but there is a lot of meat to the game compared to say, MGS:TEA where you beat the game in less than 10 hours and there still is a lot of cutscenes. (4 Hours ago)
